1. Reservation & Pricing Confirmation

All published rates align with official transport standards. Final confirmation, driver identification, and schedule details are dispatched immediately via WhatsApp upon reservation request.

2. Vehicle Capacity & Baggage Guidelines

Passengers must adhere strictly to stated vehicle capacities (e.g. Camry max 4, Staria max 9, Coaster max 22) to guarantee comfort and safety during highway transit.

3. Schedules & Flight Monitoring

We monitor flight arrival times at Jeddah and Madinah airports automatically to accommodate flight delays gracefully without additional penalty.
