1. Reservation & Pricing Policy
All bookings are confirmed once a reference voucher number (e.g. 05-08-R01) is issued. Listed prices include private professional chauffeur, fuel, and Saudi highway tolls.
2. Punctuality & Cancellation
Drivers arrive at airport terminals or hotel lobbies at the scheduled time. Free cancellation or schedule updates are permitted up to 6 hours before departure.
3. Passenger Capacity & Luggage
Passengers must adhere to enforced vehicle capacity limits (Camry: 4 pass, Staria/H1: 11 pass, HiAce: 12 pass, Coaster: 22 pass). Drivers reserve the right to refuse excess passengers exceeding safety regulations.
4. Passenger Safety & Conduct
All fleet vehicles are licensed, fully sanitized, and climate-controlled. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside vehicles to preserve interior cleanliness for pilgrims.
